•  Face to face counselling. Each session lasts between 50 - 60 minutes in a private, safe space, ensuring confidentiality. 

Price: £40 per session

• Online counselling. Each session lasts between 50 - 60 minutes from the comfort of your own home. 

Price: £35 per session

All sessions start with a free 30 minute chat to discuss your needs.
